Hi, I have a date & I want to look slim on that day. So I am thinking about taking diet pill. I have already tried dieting and exercising really hard for 3 months with losing only a few pounds. And I don’t have any more patience. I want to loose weight but not have it go right back one after I stop taking the pill, and no bad side effects. Please help me.
