HOW THE ZONE DIET DELIVERY WORKS
Zone Delivery USA is available to deliver freshly prepared meals to your doorstep seven days a week, 365 days a year. We have a 31 day cycle menu, so there is plenty of variety! We deliver all of your Zone-favorable foods (3 means and 2 snacks) by 5AM each and every day. Don’t worry; we will not wake you up in the middle of the night!
If you live in a private home, the cooler bag is placed at your doorstep. If you live in a doorman building, it could be left with him or her or brought to your front door. And, if you do not have a doorman, we will obtain a building entrance key from you and the cooler bag is then left in front of your door. So, when you wake up in the morning, you can enjoy having all of your Zone Balanced meals sitting right at your doorstep, freshly prepared by our chef, ready for your day.
Our gourmet food comes in a sleek insulated vinyl cooler bad. It is ice-packed, air-sealed and arrives daily with your Zone favorable meals. 3 delicious meals and 2 hearty snacks are placed in heavy duty plastic containers that are microwavable and disposable.
Heating instructions are as follows: 1 to 3 minutes in the microwave on high, or 5 minutes on (350) to reheat in the oven, placed on an oven safe plate. Lunches are always cold, because some people might not have microwaves or ovens in their work environment.
At the end of your day, leave the bag and the ice packs with your doorman or in front of your door for exchange for your next food delivery. Zone Delivery USA is available 5, 6 or 7 days a week. Calling our Toll Free customer service line allows you to pause and resume your delivery at any time.

To what areas do you deliver?
We currently deliver in the tri-state area, Greater New York Metropolitan Area, New Jersey, and Connecticut. I am looking forward to being in every major metropolitan area in the next 3 to 5 years.
Where does your client base come from? Are they already Zoners when they come to you?
We have people come to us from a variety of lifestyles. Getting great results from people generates good referrals. Fifty percent of my clientele come from referral, which means we must be doing a good job. I don’t need to tell you, the diet just flat out gets great results.
Do you advertise at all?
Yes we do. We do print, radio, and cable television ads. However, many new customers are actually developed by word of mouth. The genius of the 40/40/30 diet just works so well for people and I’ve been able to tap into that marketplace. Customers especially love telling their success story to friends. This, of course, is the best advertising in the world!
Tell me able how the service works?
There are many aspects to it, from the support, to the delivery, to the production of the food itself, and the slaes and marketing that go with any business.
What is the process a new client goes through when they first contact you?
When they call us up, a trained sales person explains how the program works. Some clients know what the diet is all about, and some have never even heard of the Zone, so we have to find the level of their knowledge. By the end of a short conversation, they’re usually ready to roll up their sleeves and get started. From there, a Zone Coach is assigned and will keep in contact with the client on a regular basis.
There is prepayment for the first 31 days. In return for the prepayment, our clients get not only the meals they have ordered, but also the support behind the program. We are available as a resource if they have any questions, etc. The key to our program is that we supply, literally, all their food-their breakfasts, lunches, dinners and all their snacks. If the client has had the right mindset and they’ve stayed relatively close to the program, they can often see the difference at the end of the 31-day period. While individual results may vary, by the end of the first month, some may notice body fat loss, rising energy levels, and better mental. I used to sign people up for a week, but that was not enough time to achieve the full benefits, so now we sign our clients up for a month at a time.
After the startup sales rep has completed the initial intake, they send the information back to the main office. Within the next 24 – 48 hours, the customer’s cooler bag arrives during the night, usually before 5AM. They wake up and there on the doorstep is their breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all packaged in an insulated cooler bag with ice packs. This is an extremely easy and successful way to attain success in the Zone.
So you've taken all the work out of following the Zone. Not only have we taken all the work out of it but also we’ve pre-programmed our clients for success. They don’t have to think about spending time cooking. It’s a wonderful service for people. If you want to look good and feel great, this is the way to go.
What is the charge for your service?
We charge anywhere from $26.95 per day to $39.95 a day depending on what program you would like to sign up for. Typically, most people will spend between $20-25 a day on food so for an extra $5 to $10 a day, you have your own private Zone chef. So by the end of three months, you might have spent an extra $400 to $800. What do you get for that? Looking great and feeling great!
Do you cater to people’s food preferences and/or allergies?
We take a food profile for our clients. For instance, we find out if they don’t eat red meat, if they don’t like broccoli or apples or whatever. We have a pretty sophisticated software program that analyzes the recipe content for the day and it will break out which clients don’t eat which foods. For instance, as I mentioned, one of our snacks always consists of a Zone safe bar. A particular client may not like the Strawberry Yogurt bar but may like the Fudge Graham. You can even opt not to get the bar and get two food snacks instead. That’s what we try to do. We try to target our clients’ wishes as closely as we possibly can.
That sounds like a major task!
It is a major task. Every once in a while we have to take out the eraser. We make mistakes occasionally. Usually, because they are please with their results, our clientele is very understanding and tolerate if they get an apple, for instance, by mistake. Logistically it’s quite an operation.
Have you gotten any response from the media?
Recently there was an article in a Family Circle that compared us to some of the commercial weight loss programs out there. After experiencing one of our meals, the magazine commented that we served a “generous portion of chicken, nice flavors, veggies were fresh, very satisfying.” We believe that we have the best diet, lifestyle, and product out there. Running Zone Delivery USA is definitely a huge undertaking each and every day, but when you see the satisfied clientele it’s well worth the effort we put into it.

Our highly regarded chefs have listened to the feedback from our clientele, selected their very best creations, and included them in a 31-day cycle. You can go 31 days without having the same meal twice. These include: Quiche Lorraine; Apple Raspberry Pancakes and Turkey Sausage; Spinach, Mushroom and Feta Cheese Omelet; Fruited Oatmeal w/Scrambled Egg Whites and Nuts; Strawberry Blintz w/Mint Leaves; Roast Beef Provolone Garlic Herb Wrap w/Sweet and Sour Tomato, Cucumber and Red Onion Salad; Flank Steak (Pinwheel) w/Sun Dried Tomato, Spinach, Provolone, Rosemary Demi-Glaze Served w/Garlic Herb Red Bliss Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts; Chilean Sea Bass with Grilled Vegetable Medley; Zone Cheesecake, and many other mouth-watering delights.
What do you do if someone is going on vacation or won’t be home for the delivery?
We give them a little Zone Delivery USA package explaining what to do if you’re going out to dinner. We’ll freeze their time and restart it when they come back. We’ll Try to paint them in the right direction while they’re gone so they’ll maintain the great results they’ve gotten.
Do any of your client's success stories stand out in your mind?
We have a nun who's been on the program who wrote a testimonial for us. I think she went down several dress sizes. The part of her story that is heartwarming is that she and her biological sisters each have a Christmas sweater that they all wear every Christmas. Unfortunately, she was unable to wear her sweater for a number of years because of her weight. Then she got into the Zone. Had our meals delivered to her, and for the first year in many years she was able to wear her Christmas sweater. She felt great. She is doing so well with the program that she is basically a Zoner for life.
